English Terms and Conditions

Any costs will be explicitly stated before you pay. 3 Payment 3.1 We accept the following payment: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA / Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard / Eurocard, Diners, Maestro Card or JCB. Poken Denmark bear the transaction cost. 3.2 When you submit an order, we reserve the amount on your account. When goods are dispatched from us the amount will be deducted your account. 3.3 The Poken Denmark payment solution is based on the SSL standard, which means that the information given in connection with the payment transaction is protected by encryption. 3.4 Businesses and institutions may open an account and receive invoices instead of paying online. 3.5 In case of late payment of invoices accrue a fee of DKR 100.00 per reminder. Accrue further interest equal to the interest rate law until payment is made. (Tim I need your help on this) 4 Delivery 4.1 Poken Denmark indicate next to each product when it can be expected to be delivered to you. Delivery time is an estimate and can not be guaranteed. 4.2 Delivery costs will be calculated depending on the number of goods, weight and size. Depending on how much your order weighs, we select the best freight option. You will always get the total delivery cost of the product order before you approve your order. 4.3 Poken Denmark ships to Denmark. 5 Returns /regretting the purchase (Tim I need your help on this) 5.1 Private consumers have a return period of 14 days from the day the product is received provided that the product is new and in unused condition. Businesses cannot return products. 5.2 Before the expiry of the return period, you must return the purchased to Poken Denmark. 5.3 You pay the costs (postage / freight) for when returning the product. 6 Restrictions in the right to return 6.1 Right of return does not apply to goods which you have put into operation. 6.2 If the goods are damaged or degraded during return transport, due to absence or poor packaging, you lose your right of return. This applies even if the original container is lost. 7 Returns 7.1 Goods returned must be accompanied by either the order confirmation, invoice or similar documentation in original or copy. 7.2 When returning a product you must use the original packaging and package the product securely into the proper freight packaging. Do not Attach labels or write directly on the sales packaging or the product. This must be done on the shipping carton. 7.3 Return of goods which are faulty or defective happens at Poken Denmark's risk and expense. When you return a faulty item you have to provide Poken Denmark with detailed description of the error or defect. 7.4 If neither repair nor replacement is possible, Poken Denmark will reimburse the total purchase price, incl. the cost of returning the product. 8 Responsibilities 8.1 Delivery times are estimates and Poken Denmark cannot be held responsible for any delay. 8.2 Poken Denmark cannot be held responsibility for any indirect damage or consequential loss, loss of earnings, wages, income, savings, losses that you could have avoided by reasonable measures, pain and suffering or injury due to force majeure. 8.3 Our products come with a user manual.
